This website is operated by the Provincial Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Ayrshire ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we handle through the website.

Information we collect

The website does not use contact forms, accounts or marketing cookies. If you email us (for example at web@pgrac-ayrshire.com or scribe-e@pgrac-ayrshire.com), we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message. We use this only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry, or to add you to our news list if you ask us to.

Photographs

Photographs of Chapter meetings, installations and events are published to record the activities of the Province. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, please email web@pgrac-ayrshire.com.

Third-party services

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. The meetings calendar is embedded from Google Calendar, and some links lead to Facebook and other external websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Keeping and sharing your information

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone outside the Province, except where required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing web@pgrac-ayrshire.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
